This is an excellent photo. It looks like one of those tribute paintings, with the excellent composition, and even the clouds are perfect. My compliments.
@Peter: Yepp, must be Venezuela. Bolivia doesn´t even have any jet fighters. Obviously that image is a few years old; I doubt that the FAV would have the funds today to participate in any international exercise.
